Is there an entry fee if I just want to watch?

In the case of special events or races, there will be an entry fee (as there is with any sporting event). However, for day-to-day excursions, you’re welcome to watch for free. Don’t be surprised when you find yourself wanting to ride, though.

What type of payment is accepted?

We accept cash, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover).  We do NOT accept checks.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, but but you must always attend to your pet and keep them on a leash.

What’s the cancellation policy?

We have a 7-day cancellation policy for non-group bookings. If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days prior to your ticket date, your payment, less a $25 per person administration fee, will be refunded to you or we will provide you with a six month rain check. If you need to change your reservation date or time, you may do so one time at no charge, as long as you contact us more than 48 hours prior to your originally scheduled day and time. NO REFUNDS, RESCHEDULES OR TICKET TRANSFERS WILL BE GIVEN WITH LESS THAN 7 DAYS NOTICE. There are NO EXCEPTIONS including weather related issues. Groups booked through Group Sales must have final head count and payment submitted 30 days prior to scheduled date. No refunds/rain checks will be given less than 30 days prior to scheduled date.

There are no refunds. If you arrive for the scheduled activity and you cannot complete the activity due to fear, we will give you a six month rain check. We encourage you to try again! The rain check is specifically for you and cannot be transferred to another person. If you are late for your scheduled time, you will not receive a refund or be able to join your activity. We will attempt to re-book you in a different time slot, however, we do not guarantee availability. We expect you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your reserved ticket time to enable you to check in and complete the necessary paperwork.

What’s the inclement weather policy? Do I get a raincheck?

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

If TexPlex Park closes due to inclement weather, it is based on safety factors that affect both our customers and our employees. Weather warnings issued by local government agencies, which could include the Dallas Metro area, State of Texas, or Federal government officials will be the basis for our decision. Management will analyze all data in advance of the event and decide on a possible closure. The company will attempt to call all advanced sale customers to notify them of the closure. Closing TexPlex Park will be based on weather in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro area and does not reflect other areas or states from which visitors may be traveling. In the event of the closure of TexPlex Park, each customer will be entitled to a RAIN CHECK that will expire six months after the inclement weather event. WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. If you are not comfortable with the (sometimes) unpredictable weather in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro area, we highly recommend that you simply show up on a first-come-first-served basis rather than making an advanced reservation for any of our activities. This allows you to wait until the last second before purchasing a ticket that will not be refunded in the event of bad weather.

Check our homepage for information on closures.
